MAKES 1 COCKTAIL
1 ounce (30 mL) rye
1 ounce (30 mL) Cognac
1 ounce (30 mL) sweet vermouth
¼ ounce (8 mL) elderflower liqueur
¾ teaspoon (4 mL) agave or simple syrup
Dash Angostura bitters
Dash Peychaud’s bitters
Ice cubes
In a stirring glass, combine the rye, Cognac, sweet vermouth, elderflower liqueur, syrup, Angostura bitters and Peychaud’s bitters. Stir with ice cubes, then strain into a coupe.
