Pinkie Swizzle
This sparkling rum swizzle reinvented is an ice-cold, lip-tingling treat.
40 ml/1½ oz. 100% pomegranate juice
30 ml/1 oz. Bacardi or other white rum
10 ml/¼ oz. sugar syrup
60 ml/2 oz. rosé Prosecco, well-chilled
pomegranate seeds, to garnish crushed ice
SERVES 1
Combine the pomegranate juice, rum and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake unl chilled. Strain into a crushed-ice- filled rocks glass and pour in the Prosecco. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve at once with a straw.
