Rum Punch Reinvented

Jamaican Punch

11/5fl oz (35ml) pineapple juice

11/5fl oz (35ml) orange juice

1/2fl oz (15ml) lime juice

2/3fl oz (20ml) grenadine

12/3fl oz (50ml) Jamaican aged rum

This popular recipe uses iconic flavours from the Caribbean island. Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with an orange wheel, 3 pineapple leaves, and a glacé cherry on a cocktail stick.

Grog O’clock

2/3fl oz (20ml) orange juice

1fl oz (30ml) Earl Grey tea

1/3fl oz (10ml) lime juice

1/2fl oz (15ml) natural agave nectar

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

12/3 fl oz (50ml) Jamaican aged rum

Tea gives this variation a delicate flavour. Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with an orange wheel, a lime wedge, and a glacé cherry on a cocktail stick.
